Kean's Benefits
There are many benefits that come along with employment at Kean's. Our customer service representatives and production personnel have access to short-term disability insurance and life insurance.
We offer one week of vacation after a year of service, and two weeks of vacation at two years.
Uniforms are cleaned and pressed free of charge. Employee’s personal clothing items are cleaned and pressed at ½ off the regular price.
Of particular interest is our tuition reimbursement program. Any employee working an average of 20 hours per week for six months is eligible to receive $750 per semester tuition reimbursement each semester at LSU, SU, or BRCC. We care about our employees!
